The need for financing is an amount of € 52,000, which be funded in 2 stages. Loan which will be allocated for refinancing existing loan obligations on the Nordstreet platform. Part of the first loan has already been successfully repaid.
The loan can be refinanced in other financial institution, from income of real estate sales or from company's capital.

Currently 30 houses are being designed, each with an area of 100 m2. The company has already invested up to 400 TEUR in the company's own funds.
