Purpose of the loan
A loan of EUR 810,000 is required to finance the entire project, which is divided into stages. The loan funds will be used for (a) partial payment for the purchase of the land plot; and (b) for construction - installation works of engineering structure of another purpose - 2 MW solar power park in Narvydžių village, Skuodo municipality, Skuodo district, Lithuania.
The first stage of the loan (EUR 167,400) is announced based on the value of the land plot to be purchased and mortgaged. Additional rounds of funding (total of EUR 642,600) will be announced later. The borrower, who prepared a technical work project, received a construction permit based on it and started work on the object, carried out an evaluation of the object (property evaluation report dated 11/19/2024) and determined the current market value of the land plot - EUR 279,000 and the future market value of the property - 1,340,000 EUR without VAT. In view of this, the Borrower applied for full project financing, which will amount to EUR 810,000, while maintaining the same ratio of asset value to loan (60%), which will be calculated based on the future asset value in accordance with Clauses 5.32 - 5.33 of the Rules for Assessing the Reliability of Project Owners, i. e. in accordance with the established ratio, financing the completed works and purchased devices, which are/will be formalized in the prescribed manner by signed acts of completed works and invoices.
The loan funds of the first stage will be used to pay for real estate, a plot of land in Narvydžių village, Skuodo mun., Skuodo d., Lithuania, acquisition and the preparation of the plot for construction, the funds of the subsequent stages will be used in stages for the full development of the project. The borrower plans to build a 2 MW solar power park and put it into operation. The loan will be repaid by refinancing it in another financial institution, when the borrower, after completing all the construction and contracting works, will receive the final deed of the construction works and, based on it, will register the 100% completion of the building in the real estate register.
About the project
A 2 MW solar power plant is under development. Photovoltaic elements will be grouped in groups of 20 modules that will be mounted on a metal structure. The tilt angle of the photovoltaic cells is 20 - 30 degrees, facing south. 3,007 modules will be installed in the solar power park. The factory-ordered mobile metal structure accommodates 20 modules, which make up one block. A total of 151 units will be installed. A modular transformer station is being installed in the solar park.
The slope of the photovoltaic cells is 30°, oriented to the south. The steel structures of the load-bearing frame are made of frames connected by roof lengths. Columns, mesh elements, pillars and stringers are designed from hot-rolled galvanized curved profiles. S320 grade steel is used for frames, longitudinals and connecting parts.
The project is prepared in accordance with the production conditions issued by AB ESO. The project deals with engineering electrical networks. The limit of ownership and property is determined in the designed modular transformer station on the terminals of the 10kV manufacturer's cable connection.
The solar power park is designed with 6 inverters of 330 kVA power. A transformer 1x2000kVA 10/0.8kV is designed to transfer the energy generated by the solar power park to the 10 kV AB ESO network. Network quality analyzers and a controller for solar power plants are installed in the transformer. In the transformer room, TSPI equipment is also installed for the collection and transmission of teleinformation to AB ESO's DMS system.
