Description of the mortgaged property
The mortgaged property consists of a plot of land of 0.1835 ha, located at Bistryčios st. 27, Vilnius, Lithuania, where the development of a real estate project is starting according to the construction permit issued by the Vilnius City Municipality for the construction of a two-apartment residential house. The mortgaged property is located in the Antakalnis micro-district of Vilnius. Antakalnis is the oldest and currently the largest microdistrict of the city of Vilnius, located in the northeast of the central part of the city. Located on the left bank of the Neris, above the mouth of Vilnelė. The western part of Antakalnis occupies the terrace of the Neris valley, in the east the forested Antakalnis - Sapieginės hillock flows to it.
