Purpose of the loan

The amount of EUR 338,800 is required for financing, which is collected in one stage. The borrower is engaged in debt management solutions and management of debt portfolios of financial institutions. The loan funds will be partially used to refinance an existing loan in another credit institution, partially - to purchase a new debt portfolio from a financial institution. The loan will be repaid by refinancing it in another financial institution or from the proceeds of the company's activities and the sale of real estate. The amount that the project owner allocates to the project himself is EUR 145,200.

About property

The property consists of an apartment and two parts of a parking lot (see the Loan Protection Security section for a description of the property). The building was built in 1998, repair/reconstruction works were completed in 2020. Building and apartment completion - 100%.

Construction description: foundations - reinforced concrete; walls - monolithic reinforced concrete / masonry; overlays - reinforced concrete; roof structure - wood, metal structures; roof covering - metal.
Engineering equipment: heating - local, central heating (gas boiler); water supply - city; sewage - city; gas - there is; ventilation, conditioning - self-contained.
Finishing: walls - plastered, painted; ceiling - plastered, painted, covered with wood panels; floor - parquet boards, stone mass tiles; door: armored (entrance), interior veneered; windows - plastic, with glass units.

According to appraisers, the first and best way of using the mortgaged property (taking into account the location of the property, individual characteristics of the property, market conditions, alternative use of the property and other factors) is the existing one, i.e. for residential purposes.

The mortgaged property is located in the Old Town of Vilnius, which is located in the center of the city of Vilnius, basically coincides with the boundaries of the Old Town of Vilnius, but also includes Užupis and Paupis. Mindaugo street borders Naugarduko and J. Basanavičiaus streets.
