Purpose of the loan
The amount of EUR 416,500 is required for financing, which will be collected in stages. The loan funds will be used for real estate objects, i.e. 25 photovoltaic solar power plants, located at Ponkiškiu village, Simno mun., Alytus district, Lithuania, for the purchase of which the total installed capacity is 738,40 kW. The loan will be repaid by refinancing it in another financial institution or from the sale of assets and/or from the company's income. The amount that the project owner allocates to the project himself is EUR 183,500.
About the project
The project consists of 25 (twenty-five) photovoltaic solar power plants, located at Ponkiškiu village, Simno mun., Alytus district, Lithuania, with a total installed capacity of 738,40 kW, purchase. All power plants are operational and valid contracts have been concluded, which set a fixed electricity purchase rate of 0,362 EUR/kWh until 27/03/2025. The purchased power plants in year 2023 generated 767 thousand kWh.
Photovoltaic solar power plants are installed on the ground, in an open place, nothing blocks the sunlight. Easy access on gravel and asphalt roads. The location of the property is considered as good.
The asset group (Other engineering structures - Photovoltaic part of the solar power plant and the land plot) forms a complete whole. A group of these assets is like an indivisible whole. Each group of power plants can be sold separately as a unit. Photovoltaic solar power plants are recorded as a 29,40 kW, 29,76 kW or 30,00 kW solar power plant in the documents of the State Energy Regulatory Council. In the cadastral measurements file, power plants are registered with one, two or three separate unique numbers. Each solar power plant has its own name, which is specified in the documents of the State Energy Regulatory Council and is divided into groups according to them in the evaluation report, indicating which assets are assigned to which power plant.
Each group of power plants consists of:
- 2 inverters KACO POWADOR 14.0 TL3;
- 120 pcs. of photo modules: YingliSolar: 5880 x YL245 P-29b; 2181 x YL250 P-29b - T & Solar: 220 x 240Wp TSS3
- Monitoring system;
- Aluminum structures holding modules and inverters;
- Cable lines and other parts necessary for proper operation of the solar power plant;
- Part of the fence of the territory;
- Security system (sensors, sensors).

If the Debtor repays the Loan earlier than after the specified minimum loan period, it undertakes to pay interest to the Lender for the entire specified minimum period.
* The loan is planned to be repaid by the end of the project term from the expected growing income of the company, increasing profits, sale of assets or refinancing of the loan.
Procedure for disputes between parties to a financing transaction
