Introduction

Nordstreet guarantees safe investment - (I) The ratio of project to LTV (loan to value) will not exceed the LTV ratio in the project description in case of secondary pledge; (II) If the required financing amount is not collected before the start of the project, all investments will be returned to the investees.

The object of the loan is a project of a multi-apartment residential building that has already been successfully financed on the Nordstreet platform located in Naujininkai, which needs financing - to finance the construction of a newly constructed building, with a secondary mortgage on the property.

The loan amount is EUR 35,000 (thirty-five thousand euros).

Loan term 12 months.

The annual return on loan investment is 14%.

The total return on the loan investment project is 14%.

Loan pledged property is property owned with a value of EUR 217,000 (two hundred and seventeen thousand euros).
