According to the fact that the terms of project development are longer than the term of the granted loan, the extension (refinancing) of the loan for a new term of 18 (eighteen) months is started even before the term of the loan has come to an end.
At this stage, construction works inside the building has already started, have been prepared pre-project proposals, and has been prepared the concept of public catering spaces for optimal commercial use of the facility has been prepared. The project is being developed further, after the completion of the preparatory works, the sale of apartments will begin.
The loan funds will be used for the further development of the real estate at M. K. Čiurlionio st. 73, Druskininkai, Lithuania, and for the necessary construction works.
The loan will be repaid from the proceeds of the sale of the property under development and/or refinancing (the borrower is currently negotiating with potential investors to refinance the existing loan and finance the development of the entire facility to completion).
