(I) the project LTV (loan to value) ratio will not exceed the LTV ratio provided in the project description if the project is funded in stages;

(II) If the required funding is not collected before the start of the project, all investments will be returned to the invested persons.

The object of the loan is a residential plot with a building, which is being prepared for development, located in Naujamiestis, right next to Vingis Park, which is in need of financing - purchase of land, project preparation and initial earthworks.

The loan amount is EUR 120,000 (one hundred and twenty thousand euros).

Loan term is 12 months.

Loan investment return 11%.
