- Land plot, the address of which is Vilniaus r. sav., Suderve sen., Putiniškių k., Vilniaus g. 38B, area - 0,7920 ha, unique No. 4400-1801-1386, cadastre No. 4184/0400:467 Suderve parish, the main use of the item - other, the use of the land plot - territories of commercial facilities.
Value of the pledged property: 1 018 000 euro.

Description of the land plots
Vilniaus district municipality is located in the south-east of Lithuania. It is surrounded by the city of Vilnius from the north, south and east. Suderve municipality is located in the west of Vilnius District. It borders on the neighbouring municipalities of Zujūnai, Avižienys, Maišiagala, Dūkštų and the districts of Trakai and Elektrėnai. The area of the municipality is 7 911 ha, including 4 761 ha of agricultural land, 3 150 ha of forest, water and other areas.

The mortgaged property is located in the Suderve municipality. Suderve eldership is an administrative-territorial unit in the west of Vilnius District Municipality. Its centre is Sudervė. Putiniškės is a village in Vilnius District Municipality, east of the A2 Vilnius-Panevėžys motorway. The property is accessible by a convenient asphalt road. The engineering and social infrastructure in the area of the mortgaged property is quite well developed. The distance to Vilnius city is about 16 km. Good access to Vilnius city and other districts by private transport and public transport (nearest bus stop approx. 400 m). Nearby there are public transport stops, supermarkets (nearest one about 4 km), medical institutions, other facilities. The location is good in the opinion of the evaluators.
