Valberggrenda 11 AS is a newly established company that will administer the entire procurement, design, engineering networks, road works and sales process of the project.

The company's shareholder M.Vitkus has many years of experience with real estate projects in Norway, knows the specifics of work, the specifics of real estate and transactions in the construction sector, as well as actively working on building renovation projects and new construction development in Norway for more than 15 years.

- A plot of land with a total area of 175 ares located at Valberggrenda 11, 3160 Stoke, (un.nr. gnr. 548, bnr 74), Sandefjord municipality / town, Norway.

After purchasing the plot, it will be divided into 14 units of plots in the following order:

-13 units are planned to form plots from 6.5 ares to 7.9 ares, for 2-storey residential houses with an area of 120 - 180 m2;

-1 separate plot will be intended for 8 residential cottage-type houses with an area of 80 - 100 m2;

- In addition, separate children's playgrounds and parking areas for residents are provided.

- Next to the plot at 120 m on the street there are all communications necessary to service of the project.

The plot has been approved by the Sandefjord City Council, Construction and Architecture Department for the formation and division of the plot into 14 planned units, in accordance with the regulations and requirements in force in the area, for a building area of up to 25% for residential development and construction.

It is important to mention that in the whole surrounding territory of Sandefjrod district residential and cottage quarters are already being formed and built, where in 2021, 9 units of two-bedroom houses were built, which were successfully sold out. 5 more construction projects are being developed nearby, which are planned to be completed at the end of 2021.

The plot is in a quiet location, away from the main streets, next to it there is a forest area and a great view with a wonderful valley. The plot is already without ground structures. The surrounding area consists of - a park, a football stadium, all the necessary shops are 5 km, kindergartens 5.5 km, schools within a radius of 6 km. There are also many small businesses around - organic bakeries, grocery stores, and service companies. The location of the plot is perfect for good transport links, there is a bus stop nearby, 13 km and 20 km away are popular summer resorts - the cities of Tønsberg and Sandefjord, respectively, the national highway E18 is 4.5 km away.

If the required amount of funding is not collected before the start of the project, all investments will be returned to the investors. Upon application by the Debtor, the financing may be considered to have been successfully completed with a smaller amount collected, the financing of the project may be divided into several stages and / or the financing period of the project may be extended. In these cases, Nordstreet informs the funders and publishes the information on the completion of the project with a smaller amount, the division of the project funding into several stages or the extension of the project funding period on its website together with other information about the project.
By investing in a project, financiers acquire rights of recourse (claim rights). Nordstreet may provide the financiers with the possibility to transfer these claim rights to other users of the platform on the Secondary Market in accordance with the User Terms.
The activities of UAB Nordstreet are supervised by the Bank of Lithuania and UAB Nordstreet is included on the Public List of Operators of Crowdfunding Financing Platforms administered by the Bank of Lithuania.
