Description of the pledged property
The municipality of Panevėžys belongs to Panevėžys County and is located in the central part of Lithuania. Panevėžys is the fifth largest city in Lithuania, the centre of the county and Panevėžys District Municipality, and the largest industrial centre in Aukštaitija, which has an impact on the development of the entire region.Panevėžys is located in Northern Lithuania, in the lowlands of Central Lithuania, on both sides of the Nevėžys River, the fifth longest river in Lithuania, which divides the city into two parts: the northern part and the southern one.Panevėžys is located in a very convenient geographical location - 150 km from the two Baltic Sea capitals (Vilnius and Riga), 240 km from the ice-free port of Klaipėda, 150 km from the port of Riga.Near Panevėžys there are two private airfields: Rojūnai (16 km southwest of the centre of Panevėžys) and VšĮ "Įstros aviaparkas" (10 km north of the centre of Panevėžys). Due to its well-developed transport infrastructure, Panevėžys functions as one of the most important metropolitan centres in north-eastern Lithuania, attracting potential investors, concentrating business and industrial enterprises, and increasing job opportunities.

Access to the mortgaged property by asphalted roads. The property is located in the first lane of the street, visible from Stoties and Utena streets. The surrounding well-developed infrastructure ensures easy accessibility by private and public transport and pedestrians. The nearest public transport stop "Geležinkelio stotis" is ~ 160 m. The nearest educational establishments: a kindergarten is about 300 m away, a school is about 600 m away. Supermarkets are 0,3 - 2 km away (Iki, Norfa, Maxima, Lidl).
