Nordstreet presents a new project - the financing of a share purchase - sale transaction. The borrower (UAB "Atomic properties") acquires a 100% stake of shares of UAB "Sobeta". The required amount of financing is EUR 609,000.
UAB "Sobeta" owns and operates a 1 MW photovoltaic solar power plant worth EUR 1,177,600 generating ~950,000 kWh of electricity per year and has a fixed electricity purchase rate of EUR 0.362/kWh until 03/25/2025. Members of the platform have the opportunity to finance the purchase of shares in a company that constantly generates income from the sale of electricity and to receive a proportional share of the investment's profit and, after the sale of the company, to earn from the increase in value!
Detailed breakdown of project yield 7% + 11% = 18% annual interest:
The average annual interest rate of the project is 7% (this interest rate is ensured by the profit earned from the sale of electricity generated by the continuously operating solar power plant and this interest rate is paid to investors monthly (the rate is indicated as an average annual rate, because each month depends on the amount of electricity produced and may fluctuate)). Plus up to 11% annual interest - the expected portion of the sale price of the shares for the investors (for simplicity, it is represented as annual interest, but this portion is paid after the project is completed and the shares are sold). Investors, after the end of the project and the sale of the company's shares, taking into account the business plan calculations, can earn a maximum of 18% annual interest from this project. This number is a forecast and is derived from the calculations provided in the business plan, which is supported by existing contracts and current solar park market prices.
Example of investment calculation:
- Investment amount - EUR 1,000;
- Interest paid monthly (7% average annual interest) averages EUR 5.83/month or 70,00 EUR/year or 110,83 EUR/over the whole 19 months project period;
- The investor's earnings from part of the sale price of shares (paid at the end of the project) is up to EUR 174.17 (which is 17.42%/over the entire 19-month project period or 11% annual interest);
- The total earnings of the investor will be up to EUR 285/over the entire 19 months period or up to EUR 180.00/year or 18% annual interest.

It is important to note that there is no standard payment schedule for this project. The interest generated by the project depends on the amount of electricity produced and sold by AB Energijos skristymo operatorius every month and the tariff. The acquisition of UAB "Sobeta" shares is planned until 09/30/2023. The first installment (after expenses and taxes) will be paid to the project investors on 30-11-2023. Premiums are paid for the previous month. Further interest payments will be made on the 30th of each month. Investment value increase and its distribution:
If at the end of the project term (after 19 months), after selling the shares of UAB "Sobeta" and returning the borrowed funds to the creditors, an additional part of the sale price of the shares will be accumulated, the project investors will receive 50% of this part of the price after sales taxes. This additional yield is not included in the 7% annual interest rate. UAB "Sobeta" share price spot can significantly increase the overall yield of the project for investors!
Distribution of revenue from the sale of electricity:
- 100% of the profit from electricity sales will go to investors!
- Interest will start to be calculated as soon as the shares will be pledged.
Share of the increase in the value of the investment:
- For investors: 50%
- To the borrower: 50%
After the borrower sells the shares of UAB "Sobeta", the borrowed funds will be returned to the creditors, the taxes related to the sale will be deducted, and the remaining part of the price will be paid according to the proportion indicated above.
