(I) The ratio of the LTV (loan to value) project will not exceed the LTV ratio of the project description;
(II) If the required financing amount is not collected before the start of the project, all investments will be returned to the investees.
The object of the loan is the real estate used for the operation of the company, which requires financing - financing of the internal works of existing buildings.
The loan amount is EUR 600 000 (six hundred thousand euros).
Loan term 24 months.
The annual return on loan investment is 11%. (for investment from 20,000 Euros, plus 1% added)
The total return on the loan investment project is 22%. (for investments from 20,000 Euros, total project return 24%)
Loan pledged property - managed land and owned buildings at Sandėlių str.44, Paneriai eldership, Vilnius, whose property value is EUR 1,462,000 based on the valuation of assets (one million four hundred sixty two thousand euros).
LTV (loan-to-value) ratio is 41%.
The interest on the loan is calculated from the predetermined end date of the auction and is paid quarterly. Interest payment date is indicated in your Nordstreet account - Investor's portfolio.
The loan is repaid by the sale of the pledged property, the income of the company or the refinancing of the loan before the project deadline.
