Objective of the loan
The amount of EUR 74 500 is required for the financing, which is being raised in a single round. Part of the loan proceeds will be used for the change of the purpose and use of the real estate property - five adjacent land plots with the address Rimkų vil., Dovilų mun., Klaipėdos d., Lithuania, with a total area of 5,2900 ha, purpose - agricultural, use - other agricultural land plots, to the use and purpose of the property as a house, and the other part will be used for the design of the residential properties - one- and two-family dwellings, the obtaining of a building permit and the commencement of the construction works. The loan will be repaid by refinancing it with another financial institution or from the proceeds of the sale of the property to be developed. The amount to be contributed by the project owner himself is EUR 40 000.
About the project
The plots of land are located next to each other. The plots are not landscaped and the access to the plots is not asphalted. The land plots are not used for agriculture and a procedure for change of use of the land plots from agriculture to other use is being initiated, with the type of use to be determined as territories of single-family houses and two-family dwellings. The land plots are surrounded by single detached dwellings. The electricity line is located at a distance of approximately 240 m. There are no other communications on the land parcels.
Four of the land parcels are regular in shape, one is irregular in shape, all have a flat topography, bordered on the north-eastern side by an access road, and on the other sides by other private land parcels. The parcels have been formed by cadastral surveys.
