Description of the property being pledged
The land plots being pledged are located at: Šiauliai, Javų St. 61Y, Javų St. 63G, Javų St. 61J, Javų St. 63, Javų St. 63A, Javų St. 63B, Javų St. 63C, Javų St. 63D, Javų St. 63E, Javų St. 63F, Javų St. 61H, Javų St. 61G, Javų St. 61F, Javų St. 61E, Javų St. 61D, Javų St. 61C, Javų St. 61B, Javų St. 61A, Javų St. 61I, Javų St. 61, Šiauliai (in valuation zone 44.26). This value zone consists of residential areas and agricultural land parcels. Private owners of agricultural land are changing the land use designation, subdividing the plots, and selling them to private buyers or companies, thereby creating new residential neighborhoods.
The mortgaged real estate (a group of plots) is located in the southern part of Šiauliai, in an emerging residential development area. The mortgaged land plots are located approximately 6 km from the center of Šiauliai. There is convenient access to the city center and other city districts via public and private transportation, and there is good access to the mortgaged property (asphalt-paved Gytarių St., approximately 100 m of gravel-paved Javų St.).
