(I) The ratio of project LTV (loan to value) will not exceed the LTV ratio provided in the project description if the project will be funded in stages;

(II) If the required financing amount is not collected before the start of the project, all investments will be returned to the investees.

The subject of the loan is a project that has already been successfully funded on the Nordstreet platform, located in Užupis, which needs financing - to finance the project and construction of a newly planned building.

The goal of the loan is to raise 165,000 EUR. The minimum amount required by the borrower is 110,000 EUR (one hundred ten thousand euros)

Loan term 12 months.

Loan investment return: from 13%.

The mortgaged property is property and residential buildings with a total value of EUR 782,000 (seven hundred and eighty two thousand euros).

Secondary mortgage LTV (loan-to-value) ratio 47%. (holder of the original Mortgage in Nordstreet)

Interest on the loan is calculated from the end date of the auction and is paid monthly.

The loan is repaid by the end of the project term through the sale of residential flats, income from the company or refinancing the loan.
