Nordstreet guarantees safe investment - (I) The ratio of project LTV (loan to value) will not exceed the LTV ratio provided in the project description if the project will be funded in stages; (II) If the required financing amount is not collected before the start of the project, all investments will be returned to the investees.

The subject of the loan is a project that has already been successfully funded on the Nordstreet platform, located in Užupis, which needs financing - to finance the project and construction of a newly planned building.

The amount of the loan is EUR 350,000 (three hundred and fifty thousand euros).

Loan term 12 months.

Loan investment return 11%.

The total return on the loan investment project is 11%.

Loan pledged property is land and esidential buildings owned by the developer with a planned project asset value of EUR 770,000 (seven hundred and seventy thousand euros).

LTV (loan-to-value) ratio 45%.

The interest on the loan is calculated from the date of financing of the fully collected project and is returned each month.

The loan is repaid by the sale of the property under construction, the income of the company or the refinancing of the loan.
