Introduction

Nordstreet guarantees safe investment - (I) The ratio of the LTV (loan to value) project will not exceed the LTV ratio provided in the project description; (II) If the required financing amount is not collected before the start of the project, all investments will be returned to the investees.

The object of the loan is a multi-apartment residential building project located in the New Town, which needs funding - to finance the construction of a new building.

The amount of the loan is EUR 125,000 (one hundred and twenty five thousand euros).

Loan term is 12 months.

The annual return on investment is 11%.

The total return on investment is 11%.

Loan pledged property is property owned with a value of EUR 217,000 (two hundred and seventeen thousand euros).

LTV (loan-to-value) ratio is 58%.

The loan interest is repaid every month starting from 2019. April.

The loan is repaid by selling the premises by the end of the project term or by refinancing the loan.
