Nordstreet guarantees safe investment:

(I) the ratio of the loan to value of the project LTV will not exceed the ratio of LTV provided in the project description if the project will be financed in stages;

(II) If the required financing amount is not collected before the start of the project, all investments will be returned to the investees.

IMPORTANT: This project will be funded in several stages, so the final LTV (loan-to-mortgage ratio) will not exceed 65%. The pledge of assets at all stages of financing will be the mortgage of the original project under development.

The object of the loan is the construction of two duplexes, financed in stages.

The loan amount in the first stage is 22,000 € (twenty-two thousand Euros).

Loan term 24 months.

Loan pledged property is an owner-occupied plot of land with a value of € 41,100 (forty one thousand one hundred euro). The value of the plot with the building permit, which has already been received, is indicated.

The loan-to-value ratio is 53%. (LTV rate at other stages will not exceed 65% of the value of the pledged asset)

The interest on the loan is calculated from the date of the financing of the fully collected project and paid monthly.

The loan is repaid by the sale of the property under construction, the income of the company or the refinancing of the loan.
