Nordstreet takes these measures to protect your investment
  • The loan to value ratio of the project will not exceed the LTV ratio provided in the project description, including in cases when the project will be financed in stages.
  • If the required amount of funding is not collected before the start of the project, all investments will be returned to the invested persons. Upon application by the Borrower, the financing may be considered to have been successfully completed with a smaller amount collected, the financing of the project may be divided into several stages and / or the financing period of the project may be extended. In these cases, Nordstreet informs the funders and publishes the information on the completion of the project with a smaller amount, the division of the project funding into several stages or the extension of the project funding period on its website together with other information about the project.
  • The activities of UAB Nordstreet are supervised by the Bank of Lithuania and UAB Nordstreet is included on the Public List of Operators of Crowdfunding Financing Platforms administered by the Bank of Lithuania.
  • By investing in a project, financiers acquire rights of recourse (claim rights). Nordstreet may provide the financiers with the possibility to transfer these claim rights to other users of the platform on the Secondary Market in accordance with the User Terms.

The project description, and for this purpose the project will be funded in 2 stages:

During Stage 1, the amount of the loan will be EUR 205,000 (collected by March 26th)

During stage 2, the amount of the loan financed will be 85,000 Eur (funds to be collected if needed)

The object of the loan is residential premises - a residential apartment located in the Naujamiestis, which will be a mean of securing the necessary financing for the completion and sale of land development project.


The loan amount is 290 000 EUR (two hundred ninety thousand euros).

Loan term 24 months.

The annual return on investment is 10%. (When investing 20,000 Eur and more, + 1% interest)

Project investment return (full time) 20%.

Loan pledged property is a residential apartment with a market value of 590,000 EUR (five hundred and ninety thousand euros).

The loan-to-value ratio is 49%.

The loan interest is repaid every month starting from 2019. March.

The loan is repaid by selling the parcels of land under development, pledged assets, income from the enterprise or refinancing the loan before the end of the project.
