- Guarantee by Aliona Bojarun, the company's manager and shareholder;

The premises have a separate entrance from the street.
The mortgaged property is located in Nemenčinė. Nemenčinė is a town in Vilnius district municipality, 20 km northeast of Vilnius, on both sides of the Neris River, at its mouth. It is the centre of the Nemenčinė municipal district and the surrounding municipality. The Nemenčine Bridge over the Neris River is located near Nemenčine. Nemenčinė II is located near the town, and 2 km to the north is the Nemenčinė Castle Mound. The town is surrounded by pine forests. Nemenčinė forests are a large forest massif (about 200 km²).
Lauko street in Nemenčinė is the central street of the town, near which all the main public, commercial and administrative facilities are located.
