Funding requires an amount of EUR 200 000, which can be divided into 2 - 3 p. Part of the funds will be used to refinance the loan up to EUR 130,000, the rest EUR 70,000 for further asset development.
There are 59 plots in this project, which are intended for the construction of one- and two-apartment residential houses. Plots for sale, 6 already sold, 2 reserved. Construction is scheduled to begin in the quarter this summer.
In total, the company will offer 160 plots to the market.

The loan will be repaid by refinancing at another financial institution, from the sale of assets or the proceeds of the business. A 6-month interest deposit will be applied.
