Nordstreet guarantees safe investment - (I) The ratio of the LTV (loan to value) project will not exceed the LTV ratio in the project description; (II) If the required financing amount is not collected before the start of the project, all investments will be returned to the investees.

The object of the loan is real estate projects managed by the company, which require financing - for the preparation of the newly developed administrative and commercial land plots and for the financing of their work.

The loan amount is EUR 155,000 (one hundred and fifty five thousand euros).

Loan term 14 months.

The annual return on loan investment is 10%. (for investment from 20,000 Euros, adds 1% extra)

The total return on the loan investment project is 11.6%. (for investment from 20,000 Euros, total project return 12.8%)

Loan pledged property is property owned with a value of EUR 224,000 (two hundred and twenty-four thousand euros).

The loan-to-value ratio is 69%.

The interest on the loan is calculated from the date of the financing of the fully collected project and paid monthly.

The loan is repaid by the sale of the pledged property, the income of the company or the refinancing of the loan before the project deadline.
