Loan pledged property is property owned with a value of EUR 224,000 (two hundred and twenty-four thousand euros).
The loan-to-value ratio is 69%.
The interest on the loan is calculated from the date of the financing of the fully collected project and paid monthly.
The loan is repaid by the sale of the pledged property, the income of the company or the refinancing of the loan before the project deadline.
