Nordstreet guarantees safe investment -

(I) The ratio of project LTV (loan to value) will not exceed the LTV ratio provided in the project description if the project will be funded in stages;

(II) If the required financing amount is not collected before the start of the project, all investments will be returned to the investees.

The object of the loan is the real estate used for the company's activities, which requires financing - refinancing of the existing loan.

The loan amount is 50,000 EUR (fifty thousand euros).

Loan term: 12 months.

The annual return on loan investment is 11%. 

The total return on the loan investment project is 11%. 

Loan-pledged property is a fully-equipped property owned by the right of ownership with a value of EUR 126,000 (one hundred and twenty-six thousand euros). The complete valuation of the assets will be placed in the system until the 28th of December, when the value of the property will be no less than 126 000 EUR (one hundred and twenty six thousand euros). Premises are rented out.

LTV (loan-to-value) ratio is 40%.

The interest on the loan is calculated from the date of financing of the fully collected project and is returned each month.

The loan is repaid by the sale of the property under construction, the income of the company or the refinancing of the loan.
