About the Loan
The funding will require an amount of € 550,000 to refurbish and refurbish the existing recreation complex and refinance the existing loan.

The loan will be repaid from the company's operating income, sale of assets, lease or refinancing the loan.

Collateral: The value of the collateral is € 1,260,000. Buildings and other engineering structures total 14 property units. and a plot of land totaling 15 property units.

- Investing from 100 € - 13% interest
- Investing from € 50,000 - 14% interest
Interest on the Loan Amount shall be calculated from the date (inclusive) on which the Loan Amount is paid into the Borrower's Paysera Account or such other account (s) as the Borrower shall provide to the Operator in writing prior to the Loan Amount and shall be paid monthly.
Loan Period
Loan term: 24 months (with option to repay earlier, but not earlier than 6 months).
If the Borrower repays the Loan Amount or part thereof less than 6 months after the due date of 24 months, the Borrower undertakes to pay interest to the Lender for a period of 6 months. After a period of 6 months, the Borrower may repay the Loan at no additional charge.
