The loan will be repaid from the sale of existing assets, current and future profits or by refinancing the loan.

Interest on the loan is calculated from the predetermined closing date of the auction and is paid monthly.
Loan term
36 months (with the option of early repayment, but not earlier than 5 months).
If the Borrower repays the Loan Amount or part thereof less than 5 months after the due date of 36 months, the Borrower shall pay interest to the Lender for a period of 5 months. After a period of 5 months, the Borrower may repay the loan at no additional charge.
