Pledged property consists of one asset, i.e. a plot of land, the address of which is Trakų d., Trakai mun., Petkėniškiu vil., Ežero st. 22, Lithuania, area - 0.5737 ha, unique No. 4400-3697-7270, cadastral No. 0101/0078:274 Vilnius city k.v., purpose: other (method of use: territories of one- and two-apartment residential buildings).
The mortgaged real estate is located in the municipality of Trakai district, in the village of Petkėniškių, west of the city center of Trakai, in the block bounded by Ežero, Sieta and Trakai streets and bordering Sieta Lake. Wooded areas, lakes, old and newer individual residential houses dominate around the plot of land, undeveloped plots of land are intended for residential construction or agricultural activities. The plot of land is about 9 km from the center of Trakai city, where the nearest social infrastructure facilities are located, i.e. grocery stores, educational and various service companies. The plot of land is approached via asphalted streets. Vilnius city center is about 36 km away.
