The company has acquired some industrial land near Seville, in the town of Guillena where it is going to build some industrial warehouses which are easy to sell as they are next to the motorway and 15 minutes from Seville in an industrial estate with few warehouses for sale.

The intention is to build the warehouses and sell them at a very competitive price with good qualities and with the half of the sale of the warehouses to be able to pay back the credit.
