Purpose of the loan

The amount of EUR 130,000 is required for financing, which will be collected in stages. The loan funds will be used for: the purchase of two aircraft (Cessna 172, Cessna 182), their renovation and preparation for operation, licensing, installation of airfield infrastructure and construction works of modular houses. The loan will be repaid by refinancing it in another financial institution or from the sale of assets and/or from the company's income. The amount that the project owner allocates to the project himself is EUR 15,000.

About the project

The project will be carried out on a plot of land and a building that will be used as a hangar. Construction period 2017-2018. The property is in good condition, complies with the data provided in the cadastral measurements file, and the principle of maximum and best use. The property forms a complete whole.

The building has sixteen premises. Structural elements: foundations - concrete; partitions, walls - metal structures, several layers with insulation, roof - pitched, metal structures, doors - plastic, windows - plastic frames with glass units. Interior decoration: floor - leveled concrete covering (linoleum in the administrative part), walls - multi-layer panels, paneling or painted. Engineering equipment: electrical networks - available, water supply and sewerage - local (well, local sewage disposal system), heating - solid fuel boiler, pellets. Built-in equipment: sinks, toilets, sanitary appliances, water filters, water heating equipment, etc.

Two aircrafts (models: Cessna 172 and Cessna 182) are purchased and will be prepared for operation. In parallel, the following will be carried out: licensing of a legal entity as an air carrier; airfield infrastructure installation and construction works of modular houses.

During the project period, the following activities will be carried out, which will be the main source of income in 2024-2026:

Aircraft rental. The aircraft will be leased to a company providing aviation special works (based on experience, each aircraft is expected to fly 315 hours per year). According to the aviation regulation, the company that leases the aircraft is responsible for the technical and repair requirements applied to the aircraft, therefore no expenses are expected in this segment of the activity.
Recreational - sightseeing flights. This activity will be carried out with the partner UAB "Gera dovana" (forecasted income in year 2024 from this activity segment is 21,500 EUR + VAT).

The mortgaged property consists of two property objects: (a) A plot of land, the address of which is Dvaro st. 50, Meiskių vil., Veiviržėnų mun., Klaipėdos d., Lithuania, area - 1,5852 ha, unique No. 4400-0928-7436, cadastral No. 5563/0006:443 Veiviržėnai c. a., purpose: agricultural (method of use: other agricultural land plots); (b) 535,47 sq. m total area building - farm (1Ž1g), whose address is Dvaro st. 50, Meiskių vil., Veiviržėnų mun., Klaipėdos d., Lithuania, unique No. 4400-5016-3198, purpose: other (farms), completion - 100%.

The mortgaged property is located in Klaipėda district, Meiskiu village. The environment of the mortgaged property is dominated by undeveloped areas: cultivated agricultural fields, forested areas. There are older buildings nearby. The street network is developed. The property is located next to paved road No. 2213, which connects Veiviržėnai - Brožiai - Vėžaičiai. Convenient access by own transport, public transport is difficult because there is no public transport stop nearby.

Building - the farm is located on a plot of land of 1,5852 ha, which is not fenced, the plot of land has a water body. The building was completed in 2018, is in good condition, and can be used as a farm, hangar, warehouse or production building. The building is approached via an asphalt road, next to the building there is a gravel parking lot, which also provides convenient access for heavy vehicles.

If the required amount of funding is not collected before the start of the project, all investments will be returned to the investors. Upon application by the Debtor, the financing may be considered to have been successfully completed with a smaller amount collected, the financing of the project may be divided into several stages and / or the financing period of the project may be extended. In these cases, Nordstreet informs the funders and publishes the information on the completion of the project with a smaller amount, the division of the project funding into several stages or the extension of the project funding period on its website together with other information about the project.
By investing in a project, financiers acquire rights of recourse (claim rights). Nordstreet may provide the financiers with the possibility to transfer these claim rights to other users of the platform on the Secondary Market in accordance with the User Terms.
