Purpose of the loan

Funding requires an amount of EUR 55,800, which will be collected in two stages. MB Dovinės vingis, using the loan funds, will develop the plot of land located at Dovinė 18-oji str. 6, Liudvinavos vil., Marijampolės mun., Lithuania, will divide it into smaller separate property units, will design and install engineering and communication communications (electricity, water supply, sewage, approaches) and will clean up ponds and the environment. After completing the mentioned works, the company will sell individual plots with installed infrastructure to final buyers. The loan will be repaid from the proceeds of the real estate sale or by refinancing it in another financial institution.

About the project

The owner of the project is ready with two project development concepts: the conversion of the existing area into an economical residential block of individual houses for 25 families, oriented to the modern buyer who is looking for economical but high-quality residential housing surrounded by nature; or a holiday tourism homestead with a pond, sauna, linden and cottages for vacationers' accommodation, which would be ideal for those looking for respite surrounded by nature while enjoying the authentic atmosphere of Lithuanian nature.

In the residential quarter, it is planned to install a common pond, recreation areas, children's playgrounds, a sauna and a hot tub, which will provide additional value to future residents and create a long-term attractiveness of the project.

From the project location, 10 minutes by car to the center of Marijampolė, the Bukta nature trail, Marių park, Kvietiškio Dvaro park; 600 meters to the Netičkampių pond, 900 meters to the Blessed Christ statue, 1.5-2 km. to the town of Ludvinavas (Kazio Boruta's birthplace), Šešupė and Dovina rivers, 3 km to the Ludvinavas park.

The mortgaged property consists of five real estate objects: a plot of agricultural land, a residential house, two outbuildings and other engineering structures - yard structures (well).

The property is located in Marijampole mun., Ludvinavos sen., Ludvinavos village, Dovinė 18-oji str. 6. Liudvinavas - a village in Marijampolė municipality, 1 km north of the town of Liudvinavas, in the Šešupe loop, in front of the mouth of the Dovina estuary.

The plot of land is located in an array of collective gardens, between the Dovina river and the asphalted road Liudvinavas - Gyviškiai - Padovinys (V. Kudirkos street), about 10.5 km from Marijampolė city center. About 80 m to Dovinė Street, about 200 m to V. Kudirka Street, about 1 km to Marijampolė - Liudvinavas - Krosna road, about 1.1 km to a shop, public transport stop, about 3.6 km to the administration of the township, cultural center , about 4 km to the gymnasium.
