Funding requires amount of EUR 220,000 is required for financing, which can be divided into stages. The loan will be used to refinance the obligations of the 1st and 2nd phase of the existing loan on the Nordstreet platform.
The initial loan funds were used to purchase real estate and carry out major renovation works. Due to the increase in the prices of materials and the change in the delivery time of the goods, the renovation works and the sale of the property took longer. The refinancing of the loan is carried out because additional time is needed to complete the renovation of the real estate and the sale of the property.
The loan can be refinanced in other financial institution, from income of real estate sales or from company's capital.
