The annual return on investment is 11%. (for investment from 20,000 Euros - bonus +1% )
The total return on investment project is 11% (for investments from 20,000 Euros, total project return 12%)
Loan pledged property is land owned and buildings owned by it and other buildings whose property value is 700,000 EUR on the basis of the certificate (seven hundred thousand euros).
LTV (loan-to-value) ratio is 11%.
The loan interest is repaid each month starting from the start of the project.
The loan is repaid by selling the dwellings before the end of the project, or by refinancing the company.
