The object of the loan is a residential building located in Kedainiai, Kaunas County, which needs financing - to complete the completion of the building.

The loan amount is 256 587,07 Eur.

The maturity of the loan is 12 months.

Loans are pledged for 14 residential properties with a value of EUR 504,000. (five hundred four thousand euros).

LTV (loan-to-value) ratio is 50%.

The interest on the loan is repaid each month starting in 2019 of January.

The loan is repaid until the end of the project, after the sale of the project's residential apartments, from the company's income or by refinancing the loan.
