Purpose of the loan
The entire project requires a loan of EUR 855,000, which is divided into stages. The loan funds will be used for (a) partial payment for the acquisition of the land plot; and (b) construction and installation works of a different purpose engineering structure - a 2 MW solar power park in Narvydžių k., Skuodo sen., Skuodo r. sav., Lithuania.
To date, a loan of EUR 810,000 has already been financed. The Borrower has completed the construction works and the State Enterprise Registers Centre has already registered the 100% completion of the project 2 MW solar power park in Narvydžių k., Skuodo sen., Skuodo r. sav., Lithuania. Having registered the completion of the construction works, the Borrower has performed a new valuation of the object and determined the current market value - EUR 1,425,000 excluding VAT. Taking into account the newly determined market value, the Borrower applied for an additional financing of EUR 45,000 (i.e. increasing the total loan amount to EUR 855,000) while maintaining the same loan-to-value ratio (60%), which was recalculated taking into account the latest property valuation report.
About the project
A 2 MW solar power plant is under development. Photovoltaic elements will be grouped in groups of 20 modules that will be mounted on a metal structure. The tilt angle of the photovoltaic cells is 20 - 30 degrees, facing south. 3,007 modules will be installed in the solar power park. The factory-ordered mobile metal structure accommodates 20 modules, which make up one block. A total of 151 units will be installed. A modular transformer station is being installed in the solar park.
The slope of the photovoltaic cells is 30°, oriented to the south. The steel structures of the load-bearing frame are made of frames connected by roof lengths. Columns, mesh elements, pillars and stringers are designed from hot-rolled galvanized curved profiles. S320 grade steel is used for frames, longitudinals and connecting parts.
The project is prepared in accordance with the production conditions issued by AB ESO. The project deals with engineering electrical networks. The limit of ownership and property is determined in the designed modular transformer station on the terminals of the 10kV manufacturer's cable connection.
The solar power park is designed with 6 inverters of 330 kVA power. A transformer 1x2000kVA 10/0.8kV is designed to transfer the energy generated by the solar power park to the 10 kV AB ESO network. Network quality analyzers and a controller for solar power plants are installed in the transformer. In the transformer room, TSPI equipment is also installed for the collection and transmission of teleinformation to AB ESO's DMS system.
