NORDSTREET 2024 Overview

In 2024, we maintained stable growth and ensured attractive opportunities for both project developers and investors – investment growth reached nearly 37%!

A total of 161 projects were funded, with the total investment amount exceeding €12 million, which is almost €5 million more than last year.

The number of active investors reached 5,700. The amount of first successful investments, totaling approximately €1.2 million, was exceeded by €500,000 more than last year.

We updated and tightened our project selection algorithm and focused on working with problematic clients. Out of the loans issued in 2024, currently, only 2 loans are under recovery, with a total amount of €307,600.

In 2024, nearly €1 million was recovered from old loans.

The average interest rate increased to 12.74%, while the highest compensatory interest reached 23.45%.

With ambitious goals, we step into the new year – we are eager to introduce this year's projects to our investors.
