Introduction

The project requires a loan amount of EUR 60,000. The loan term is 12 months, the interest is 10%. Initial mortgage pledge 88 sq. M residential premises in Naugarduko g. 26, the value of a mortgage is EUR 115,000.

Loan and Value (Loan to Value): 52%
The loan will be used for the NT project, with a view to reconstructing and installing 88 sq.m. Area residential premises in the Old Town of Vilnius, Naugarduko g. 26.

After a full reconstruction, the area of the premises to be sold will increase to 124 square meters and will be planned for residential apartments. It is planned to have 2 apartments with anthracite and partial decoration in the premises. The area of apartments will be: at 62 sq.m including the part of the campus.

The premises will be divided into 2 small apartments (<64m2) and are sold profitable. The apartments will have a partial finishing, and the planned sale price - 1600 -1700 Eur per sq. M.

Project developer - UAB Statybų taktikos grupė is engaged in the process of real estate development, general construction equipment, and NT project management and sales process, and specializes in the renovation of unfurnished, non-residential premises or buildings.
