Refinancing of the provided financing and further real estate address M. K. Čiurlionio 73, Druskininkai, Lithuania, for development. The loan will be repaid from the proceeds of the sale of the property under development or refinancing.
Funding requires an amount of € 696 000, which will be split into 3 - 5 stages.
