The total amount of funding for the project is EUR 624,000. The financing is provided together with the Credit Institution (Union), which has financed the project in the amount of EUR 434,000. For the credit institution, the Asset is pledged as a primary Asset Mortgage, and Nordstreet investors will be pledged a subsequent (2nd tier) Asset Mortgage. The Nordstreet platform aims to raise an amount of EUR 190 000 for the borrower (the collection can be divided into 2-3 stages) to encourage the company to increase its working capital and complete the project. The credit institution has issued consent for the pledge of the assets financed in the next row (2nd row), to coordinate the actions of the mutual financial institutions and to ensure security.
The loan will be repaid from the proceeds of the sale or refinancing of the assets under development.
It is important to note that in the project under development, 1 of the 4 apartments has already been sold after signing the notarial Property Purchase Agreement. The loan will be secured from the remaining 3 assets.

If the Debtor repays the Loan earlier than after the specified minimum loan period, it undertakes to pay interest to the Lender for the entire specified minimum period.

Procedure for disputes between parties to a financing transaction
